At Ryze Fitness Adaptive Studio, we truly believe this, and we are passionate about helping differently abled people in Auckland stay fit, maintain a healthy body weight and recover from injury with strength building and enhanced mobility. If you are physically challenged due to injury, permanent disability or chronic illness such as arthritis, we are here to tell you never to give up!

We’re a dedicated team, and we deliberately keep our class sizes small so we can give you focused attention no matter what your training regime might be. Boxing Classes

Adaptive Strength & Conditioning

For people recovering from surgery or physical injury as well as people living with disability, our adaptive strength and conditioning classes will have you feeling healthier, stronger and more flexible.
