At Ryze Fitness Adaptive Studio, we truly believe this, and we are passionate about helping differently abled people in Auckland stay fit, maintain a healthy body weight and recover from injury with strength building and enhanced mobility. If you are physically challenged due to injury, permanent disability or chronic illness such as arthritis, we are here to tell you never to give up!

We’re a dedicated team, and we deliberately keep our class sizes small so we can give you focused attention no matter what your training regime might be. People of all abilities in Auckland are welcome to try out our adaptive boxing, exercise classes and fitness and strength training at our boxing gym in Avondale.
